Congress Registration Fee

Notes：

1. Each full congress registration covers the Speaker’s publication fee for ONE paper only. Each additional paper is subject to pay the separate ‘extra paper’ fee. Only one author of a joint paper can register as a Speaker.

2. The congress registration fee covers: attendance at all congress sessions, one copy of the congress proceedings (in CD/USB format), lunches and coffee break, single admission to the Gala Dinner.

3. Congress registration fee must be paid in US Dollar. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to the 21th ANQ Secretariat or vqa.hcm@gmail.com.

• 3.1 50% of the Registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to September 15th, 2023. No refunds will be given after this date.
• 3.2 All approved refunds will be made after the Congress.

4. Speaker of an oral presentation.

5. Sponsors/Supporting Organizations include those posted on the 21st ANQ Congress website (www.anq2023.org.vn)

7. There are limited seats for each technical visit with priority given to foreign participants.
